TalkyTools ("TalkyTools", "we", "us", "our") is a product-development agency based in India. This policy explains what information we collect through talkytools.com itself — our company/marketing site — how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It does not cover the individual SaaS products we build and operate (BillForge, Optimo, Mailpulse, and others) — each of those has its own privacy policy, linked from its own site, since each handles different data for different purposes.
1. What we collect on talkytools.com
This site is a static marketing page. It has no sign-up form, no account system, and no analytics or advertising scripts — so there is very little to collect:
- Information you send us directly. If you email shubham@startuptalky.com or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email or phone number, and details about your project or enquiry.
- Standard server logs. Like any web server, ours records basic request data (IP address, browser/user-agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and uptime monitoring. We don't cross-reference this with any other data about you, and it isn't sold or shared.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a cookie-consent notice before anything non-essential loads.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if it goes forward, to scope and deliver the work you asked about.
- To keep this site secure and running (server logs, abuse prevention).
- We do not use anything you send us for marketing without asking first, and we never sell your information.
3. Sharing
We don't share your enquiry details with anyone outside TalkyTools except where a service we use to run this site needs it to function — for example our hosting provider or email service — and only to the extent needed to deliver that function. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as reasonably useful for the relationship (e.g. ongoing or past client context), and server logs on a rolling basis for security purposes. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time — see Section 6.
5. Our individual products
TalkyTools builds and operates a portfolio of separate SaaS products, each with its own domain, its own data, and its own privacy policy (linked in that product's own footer). Signing up for one of those products is governed by that product's policy, not this page. Every product we ship follows the same security floor described on our homepage — encryption in transit and at rest, no hardcoded secrets, rate-limited auth, soft-deleted (not hard-wiped) customer data, and DPDP/GDPR-aligned defaults (cookie consent, export, deletion).
6. Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email shubham@startuptalky.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
7. Children
This site is intended for businesses and founders. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how this site handles information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
